My story
Kyle Kent is a Producing Branch Manager with Uplend, powered by V.I.P. Mortgage, serving homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors throughout Northern Arizona and the Greater Phoenix area.
With seven years of personal mortgage experience, more than 60 years of combined team experience, and more than 250 families helped, Kyle focuses on more than simply getting clients approved for a mortgage. He takes the time to understand their financial goals, helping them evaluate how a home or investment property fits into their long-term plans and ability to build net worth.
Kyle works extensively with first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, and real estate investors and offers financing solutions including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HUD Section 184, down payment assistance, DSCR, and bank statement loan programs.
